No. We do not recommend using a LED Mirror as the only source of light in a bathroom. We recommend having an overhead lighting in addition to LED Mirrors to create ideal conditions in your space.

Yes. All our LED mirrors can be installed horizontally or vertically. Please refer to the specification sheet of the mirrors for exact dimensions and location of hanging brackets behind the mirror.

Yes. You can install the mirror in the bathroom, walk-in closet, above a bedroom dresser, hallway, in an office setting, hair salon, restaurant or retail store. There are many ways you can install an LED Mirror in your home or business.  

It is recommended to use a soft, dry and non-abrasive cloth to clean the products. Avoid using cleaning agents or abrasive material on any type of finished surface.  

No. It is recommended to install the towel warmers in the up-right position.

We understand that sometimes on the internet you don't get quite the feel for a product as you do, when you see it in the flesh. So, if for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14-days of the reception of the item and we will offer you a refund or an exchange. Please take note of the following:

- Product must be returned with all its content/accessories, and in its original box and packaging intact.

- Once the product is installed & fitted to the wall, returns are not accepted. For all returns and exchanges, the product must be unused and in its original box and packaging.

- The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

- The return shipping cost will be at the expense of the customer.

- A cancellation/refund will not be honoured, if a product is returned without contacting us first.

Inspection upon Reception of the Product

Upon reception of the product, it is very important to inspect it immediately and thoroughly.

- It is important to inform us of any potential damages prior to the installation. Once an item is displaced, installed & fitted to the wall, damage claims will not be warranted.

- You must contact us within 14-days of the reception of the item for a refund or an exchange. Damaged product claims will not be warranted beyond the 14-days claim period.

LED Mirrors: 5-Year Warranty on all electronic components including LEDs, shaver points, sensors, drivers, ballasts and demisters (anti-fog feature). If necessary, we will send out replacement components to you immediately, free of charge. These will be provided with easy-to-follow fitting instructions to replace parts. However, please note that if you employ an electrician, costs incurred will be at your expense.

If, within the 5 years of your purchase you experience any issues with your LED light strip/bulbs, please contact us immediately and we will ship you new replacement parts.
